Years of raising a family, excelling in the corporate world, and chasing higher education taught me resilience — it’s that same strength that fuels my passion for real estate today.

What first sparked my interest in real estate wasn’t a grand plan — it was a conversation with my stepdaughter. She was thinking about getting her license, and I thought it was such a great idea. I started listing all the benefits — flexibility, owning your own business, being in control of your future. I did such a good job encouraging her that I ended up convincing myself to do it too!
Looking back now, I realize that every chapter of my life had been preparing me for this career. By age 21, I had two children to raise, Jeremy and Monique, while climbing the corporate ladder — from receptionist to executive assistant — over more than 20 years. Those years taught me how to manage multiple priorities, communicate with people from all walks of life, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
When my third child, Shaquille, was born, I went back to school to better myself — not just for my career, but for my family. I earned my associate’s, bachelor’s, and eventually two master’s degrees in business and project management. My grandparents and parents had always pushed me to aim higher, and that drive still fuels me today.

Life took a beautiful turn when I met my husband, Eon. We actually met online after a pastor at a spiritual retreat told me — without knowing me — that my husband was “looking for me.” A year later, there he was. Three months later, we were married, and he’s been my biggest blessing and supporter ever since.
Eon’s daughter was the one who first inspired me to explore real estate, but once I got my license, I knew I’d found my purpose. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I was an independent notary, specializing in refinance loan signings. That experience gave me early exposure to the home-buying process and helped me understand the financial side of real estate long before I ever sold my first home.
Transitioning into real estate full-time was still a leap of faith. Balancing a corporate job while building a new business wasn’t easy, but I believed in what I was creating. With coaching, mentorship, and determination, I eventually stepped out on faith and never looked back.

Now, I wake up excited to do what I love — helping families buy, sell, and invest in their futures. I don’t just see homes; I see stories, goals, and new beginnings. My job is to guide my clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with honesty, education, and care. Seeing their faces light up at the closing table reminds me why I do this every single day.
Outside of real estate, I love bowling (and I’m not too bad at it!), traveling, and spending time at church with my husband. Real estate has given me more than a career — it’s given me purpose. It allows me to serve others, inspire growth, and help people build the lives they’ve always dreamed of.
Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading for your growing family, or selling to start a new chapter, my mission is simple: Bringing Your Family Home.
Clients often tell me I go above and beyond for them—and that’s exactly my goal. When someone trusts me with their real estate journey, I give it everything I have. I want my clients to succeed, and I’ll do as much as possible to help them get there. One of my strengths is preparing homes for sale: making sure each property is staged and ready to impress buyers. I roll up my sleeves and do whatever is needed so the house presents at its very best.
I’m also a lifelong learner who studies new ideas, strategies, and best practices to keep improving. That commitment means my clients benefit from the most current knowledge in the field. I’m marketing-savvy and know exactly how to showcase a home to attract the right buyers — and at the negotiation table I’m a fierce advocate, always protecting my clients’ best interests.
Beyond my own expertise, I bring a trusted team of lenders, inspectors, and contractors, giving my clients a full network of professionals to meet every real estate need.
Sincerely,

Kiyana McKenzie
